La Croix drinks. Basically carbonated water with hints of flavor but zero sugars and carbs. A little guilty indulgence without breaking my diet.</p> <p>2. Frasier TV show. Been binge watching late at night and facing asleep to it on occasion. </p> <p>3. Fur baby #2 was adopted into our family about two months ago as a companion to our senior Beagle. But seeing him grow with us this far has been rewarding. The boys love playing with him. He brings out the playfulness in our otherwise tired Beagle. He looks after her too which is so touching. Hubs wasn't keen on getting him at first but I like to think he's rather glad. He adores him.</p> <p>4. Small pool we got the boys. Just a smidgeon too small for them but it's sufficient for quick set up and quick storage. Boys can take a quick dip to cool off. Told them we'll upgrade to a bigger pool next year.</p> <p>5. Our A/C is officially fixed! He loves reading, so he is so excited when that blue and white box shows up, and the books are individually wrapped, so he gets to unwrap something every month. </p> <p>4 Matthew Van Fleet books- My son received "Tails" for his 2nd birthday, then when I was in TJ Maxx I saw "Heads", but they were all tore up. Went on Amazon and ordered that and "Alphabet" for him; he LOVES them. </p> <p>5 The mist setting on our shower head. I never used it before and was clicking through the options and hit that one. I found some IR plugs on Amazon that put whatever you plug into them on a remote switch. I know fancy wifi enabled devices are all the rage, but using simpler technology is so much cheaper. I love having four plugs for our lamps all controlled by one remote for a mere $26. </p> <p>4. The My Weight app (I think that's the name). It shows body fat percentage, average daily loss, bmi, and a graph that predicts when you'll meet uptrend goal based on your data so far. </p> <p>5. YouTube harp lessons. I'm teaching myself using a 19 string lap harp, and being able to watch detailed videos of technique and the different skills to build on has been great. Scholastic wipe clean preschool workbook - DD will stay occupied, independently, for almost an hour practicing her letters with this thing. She has never had anything (other than a screen) that can keep her busy that long alone. I love it! </p> <p>3. 4th of July carnival and fireworks - we currently rent in a large apartment building and there is a carnival in the field next to us for the week. They will also set fireworks off on the 3rd and 4th that we can watch from our parking lot. Normally I find the whole thing annoying but this is our 6th year here for it and we are moving in three weeks. I'm actually enjoying it this year. </p> <p>4. When DH puts gas in my car. I have no problem going to get it myself but it's a nice little treat when I get in and see he has taken care of it. </p> <p>5. I never watched the original, but I absolutely love the reboot. I love that they are doing makeovers in the South and working in communities to show people with deep seated perceptions some diversity. I’ve cried while watching so many episodes.</p> <p>4. We have one here every Friday at a splash pad and with 10 different options of trucks, everyone is happy. </p> <p>3. Chili's, honestly..... I love their chips and salsa!! They have a rewards program where you get free chips and salsa every time, and often about 1x a week they send a promo for a free dessert, appetizer, lunch meal, etc. Their kids menu has good pizza that even I like and a mini-molten cake..... yum.</p> <p>4. Traveling soon to see family and have my son (2.5 years) visit a bunch of my childhood favorite places. </p> <p>5. Peanut Butter M&amp;Ms. </p>
