I went through the exact same thing back in January so I know what you are going through and how hard it is to deal with that rollercoaster of emotion. I know it's hard to look forward right now but I want to say don't lose hope for the future. We took off a month as suggested by my doctor (and I'm really glad I did for the sake of both my body and my emotions) and we got pregnant the very next cycle. I'm now 23 weeks along and so far baby is looking great. So there is hope for a happier ending next time... but take the time you need to feel recovered.
