<description>&#60;p&#62;I eat a banana almost every day, love berries of any kind! Artichokes, broccoli, kale, onion, potatoes, spinach, squash...I probably don't eat enough meat honestly.  It just doesn't appeal to me a lot.  (**note to self: I'm making my grocery list right now...)

<description>&#60;p&#62;I eat a lot of the fruits they mentioned, plus avocado, broccoli, edamame, eggs, ginger, greek yogurt, olive oil, spinach, water. I'm surprised skim milk is on there, I don't feel like it's that healthy. I do 1% instead.

&#60;p&#62;I eat a lot of strawberries, spinach, greek yogurt, eggs, bell peppers, avocado, quinoa, oatmeal, LOTS of apples and almonds. I'd really like to eat more artichocke hearts and expand my fruit consumption out of my strawberries, apples and bananas comfort zone. I'd also like to eat more lentils!
