I had cramping starting about 4 dpo the cycle when I got pregnant. I was probably hyper aware, but definitely noticeable and I had a bfp at 9dpo. Good luck!

@Engard: It does seem a tad early for implantation (usually occurs between 6-12dpo) but it is especially early to experience symptoms. This is a source of contention between those who think you can experience symptom this early and those who think you can't. I tend to err on the side of caution. The mind is a very, very powerful thing and I think experiencing true symptoms before its possible to even get a positive pregnancy test. I think a lot of it is psychosomatic (and I say this from experience!)
One month, I had ALL the symptoms including what I thought that was implantation bleeding and I was pretty close to shocked when I got a BFN.
A different month, I didn't pay attention to symptoms, noticed nothing and was shocked to find out I got a BFP.

Hi all,

I know I shouldn't trust symptoms I'm searching for but I feel today I'm showing symptoms.
Sharp stabbing pains in uterus all day accompanied by heavy feeling,
Watery CM but I'm usually dry
Husband says my nipples are looking puffy.

Could I simply be an early implanter?
