Entire brands of pants (H&amp;M, especially), don't fit her because they're way too wide when they fit her by length. Target brand works, often. She wears stretchy leggings and jeggings only. That's truly the only thing I think you "need" - that and to use a stretch stitch (often looks like a lightning bolt). Like I said, I love love love upcycling so then you don't need to hem. Let me know if you try it or if I can help at all! Land's End has smaller waists, and has some cargo pants with an elasticized waist (like sweats) that she really prefers. She would not wear jeans at all until this year.
