@lilyofthewest: after my solid smiley I didn't test for 48 hours with the cb. When I did re start I did get a negative. But then the following day I started getting flashing smiles. And has continued since.
I guess time will tell and will have to wait for the blood work.

Sounds like you're using the CBE digital advanced ones. The first time you take one it will *always* read negative, the results in subsequent days are decided based on that day one baseline. So, disregard the digi results after your initial solid smiley.

The clomid can also affect the OPKs, so, tough to say what's going on. Your CD 21 bloods should confirm whether ovulation definitely happened.

I need advice again from you lovely ladies.

Sunday on cd11 I tested in the AM with both ic and cb digi opk which was negative! Then that evening at 5pm I tested again with just the cb digi and got th solid smiley face.

Monday on cd12 I went to my gyno for my monitored ultrasound bc of the clomid. My follie measured 21.5mm, gyno said I would o that night or tomorrow. Mind u I used only the ic opk that morning and again was positive. Couldn't use the cb digi as not allowed and solid smiley stays on screen for 48hours.

Tuesday cd13 did another ic opk and again positive.
Wednesday cd14 again ic opk and this time the line was even darker, darkest it's been and darker than control line. By this stage my cb digi was clear so I thought I'll just try, it was negative.
Thursday I tried both opk again and still positive, cb was now flashing smiley.

Guys even today Friday cd16 ic opk is still showing strong positive and opk is flashing smiley.

I'm going bonkers. I know you're not meant to test after u get a solid smiley but I was just curious and wanted to see if it would go back to negative just to kind of pinpoint when I o ( even though I know charting is the only way to confirm o)

Do u think I o? If so when? Why would I be getting positives still? Could the clomid be affecting the results?

Anyone have a similar issue? What was your outcome?

Have thought about going back to my gyno for another ultrasound to confirm o but I figured im having blood work on cd21 to confirm so should I just wait it out. I'm worried that I have and will not o this cycle.
