I would also wake her up if she sleeps too late and see if that helps!

waking her up if she sleeps past a certain point can help reset her internal clock. that might help her be sleepier at bedtime!

LO just turned 6 months old recently and she is definitely having a development explosion...I heard this development affects their sleeps. Before LO slept from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am and would pretty much fall asleep right away. The past few days she doesn't go to sleep when we put her down - she rolls all around her crib, over and over and over for hours and then falls asleep 2 hours later. She doesn't cry...she just rolls around and talks to herself or fusses a little so I leave her. I think bc she is falling asleep later she is sleeping in - now she sleeps until 8 or 9. I don't want her bedtime to be too late...I would prefer an earlier bedtime and earlier wake up so we still put her down between 6:30 and 7:30. Should I do something different so she falls asleep faster...should I wake her up and not let her sleep in? I have been trying to keep her super active during the day but she is extra sleepy for her naps right now too. Anybody else go through this?
