@Lindsay05: or maybe she went through the phase at a different time or it affected her differently? I feel like when I'm ready for #2 the baby is going to be so completely different that even what I do remember won't be that helpful haha.

@Pirouette: That's what I assume! I don't remember this with DD1 but maybe I just tried to forget about it!

i posted something similar yesterday because my 6.5 month old has basically just been through a crawling-induced several week long regression at 6 months! she would start rocking on all 4s in her sleep and wake herself up several times a night. But, the moment she learned to actually crawl, she was better (until her first tooth popped haha). so, it could be the start of something developmental, it was for us!

@edelweiss: Yeah it's probably a developmental issue. It seems she just wants to be awake. She usually has 3 naps a day but seems to really need all of them. Her first morning nap is usually only 20-30 minutes so maybe she is ready to drop that one soon. Oh babies! :meh:

such a mystery when sleep gets wonky--i can guess at why my LO has weird sleep phases, but never know the real reason. is your LO going through any developmental milestones, like learning to crawl or sit? also what is her nap schedule? do you think she's ready to drop a nap?

Is this a thing? LO is 5.5 months and her sleep has gone to crap. She goes to bed at 8 but then she is up 2,3 maybe 4 times but just to pop a pacifier back in. No screaming, no crying just awake enough to wake us up. We started some solids and the first few nights she slept the best she ever slept and now she just wants to be up. She has also been battling her naps. We have to quite often let her CIO.

Any experiences?
