Thanks ladies! This afternoon has been a little better - he just had a feeding session that was more 'normal' so we shall see.

Great to hear we are in the peak of fussy time and the end is near!

My LO also didn't really have the cluster feeding that I've heard is really typical around 6 wks but he did sleep a lot around that time, more than he usually did. Evening fussiness also got worse.

It sounds like the 6-week growth spurt! Fussiness also peaks between 6-8 weeks.

My LO didn't really go through the growth spurt but his fussiness was through the roof from 7-9 weeks.

Tell me about if your LO had a 6 week growth spurt and what happened....

J has been off the last couple days. Eating a ton a few days ago, then sleeping all day Friday, could barely wake him to eat. Then last night screaming for a long time until I nursed him... But he seemed inconsolable. I got him to sleep but it was very unusual.

Then today fussy again even though he's been sleeping and acting frantic/frustrated on the boob when nursing.

So weird - Can I chock this up to him being 6 weeks? Or is he a little sick?? Lots of boogies in his nose the past few days....

Thanks!
