@sandy: I didn't do anything! I just got up when she needed me and let her have her way and eventually she just stopped being a rascal.

All my kids have had little regressions here and there. It happended whenever they were growing, teething, or not feeling well. After a week or so they would usually go back to normal

@L2sweetpea: I have no advice...my LO is almost 7 months old and we haven't hit a major regression yet. It is frustrating bc you feel like you are in the clear with them sleeping well but then things can change. We get handouts from our pediatrician about developmental changes and at her 6 month check up it said babies who previously slept through the night may start waking due to their development/increased awareness. Hopefully your LO gets through this phase soon like @Rubies.

@Rubies: Anything you did to help her get back on track or did she just figure it out on her own?

My lo is going to be 8 months on the 10th, and has started waking up 2-4 times a night as well. We had it down to 1 time a night for quite a few months, which isn't great but this is terrible!!

I hope it only lasts a week! (that would mean she goes back to her routine tonight!) did you do anything to help her go back or did she just do it on her own?

Yeah, totally - when LO was just shy of 9-months we went through this. I had no idea what the problem was (still don't!) but after about a week, she went back to her normal sleeping.

So my 8.5 month old has been always a great sleeper (usually from 8pm-6am...occasionally waking around 4 or 5 but would nurse and go back to sleep til 7idh). How ever for the past week she has been waking up 2-4 times a night. It's exhausting! I feel like I have my newborn back. I don't know if she is teething (she had none) or what is going on. When she wakes in the night sometimes she cry/talk herself back to sleep other times I have to rock her back. Anyone else go through this? Any advice?
