Turns out, his tongue is perfectly normal. The ENT assured me that some babies just use their tongues to explore the world. One started sticking her tongue out a la Miley Cyrus and then the other kids started catching on. It was all I could do to keep the drool in check. Where the first one got it from, who knows, but the rest thought it was the coolest thing ever.
