My lo takes two 90-120 min naps everyday as well and sleeps 11-12 hrs at night. Haha</p> <p>I know babies who could take 4-5 hour naps and still sleeps 11-12 hrs a day. I was in the camp of "don't let you baby nap longer than x amount of hours at once in order to protect night sleep". I look back and how I regretted that. I still blame myself that I might have negatively impacted his development with waking him up from his naps.</p> <p>What you said sounds normal and I think your LO won't be napping that much for good. Perfectly normal and a good sign that he's getting enough sleep! She typically takes two 30-45 minute naps at the sitter's. The past two days she has taken two 90-120 minute naps each day. Her night sleep is still good, although she's actually gone to bed earlier than normal the last two nights. What gives?? </p> <p>She's super close to crawling, cruising and pulling to stand, all at the same time and I think she is perpetually teething. Could that be what's going on? </p>
