She went to one nap at 14 months when she moved into the young toddler room at daycare. Her naps sucked before that....

1--18 months this weekend!
2--7:30 or 8am wake up. Nap at noon. Naps last 2-4 hours.
3--3.5-5.5 hours until bedtime
4--do you feed lunch before or after the nap? Before!

1. 17.5 months (switched not too long after 12 months, but took a month to fully transition, some days 2 naps, others just 1).
2. Anywhere been 6-7:30 in the morning.
3. It really just depends if he wakes up earlier or later, I really aim for a nap after 12, but it depends what we are up to. He doesn't go to bed until 8pm, so I try for the later nap.
4. Again it depends in when he falls asleep. I try for lunch before nap, but it doesn't always happen. I keep Cheerios on hand for him to snack on when he gets hungry throughout the day, that way if he passes out before eating lunch it isn't a crisis.

1. 17 months ( 18 months in 2 days)
2. Anywhere between 7:30 and 8:30. Depending on wake up
time, her nap usually starts between 11:30 and 12:30.
3. Again, depends on wake up time and length of nap. Her bedtime falls between 7:30 and 8:30, so between 5-6 hours.
4. Lunch before, snack after.

She's going to one nap today and I'm so sad thinking about it. She is 12 months old. At home, she goes 3 hours between wakeup and nap. At daycare she will be:

1. 12 months
2. Wake-up 6am, naptime is noon
3. Bedtime is 6:30
4. Lunch before.

I HIGHLY doubt we will be down to 1 nap on the weekends.

M has been on one naps at daycare for a few months already.

1) 14 months in a few days
2) wake up around 6-7am and nap time is around noon lasting anywhere from 1-2 hours
3) Bedtime is usually around 7:30pm so anywhere from 5-6.5 hours in between.
4) they always give lunch before.

I think we're going to be transitioning to one nap on the weekends as well.

She went to 1 nap at 11 months, forced because she started daycare.

- Right now she is 14.5 months.
- Wake at 6-6:30am
- Nap can start anywhere from 11:45 to 12:15, and will end anywhere between 1:30 and 2:30.
- Bedtime is 7-7:30pm
- I always feed lunch before nap, and so does daycare.

1. She's 14 months
2. She wakes up around 7/7:30 a.m.
3. The time between her nap and bedtime is between 4-6 hours
4. M-F she has lunch before her nap, snack afterwards. She takes longer naps at home on the weekends, she usually has lunch afterwards because she goes to sleep earlier.

1--how old are they?
2--what time is morning wake-up and what time is nap time?
3--how many hours in between waking up from their nap and bedtime?
4--do you feed lunch before or after the nap?

EtA: I guess I should also ask what time they wake up in the morning and what time they go down for their nap. I'm having a hard time stretching LO longer than 4 hours....which makes her nap time 11:30! A bit too early....
