I have really light periods and they're pretty close to what I think you are describing. I am still confused, I thought you were supposed to have heavier period, not lighter when you get off BCP. Not for me so far, but I am working under a personal theory that my hormone levels were low as my body tried to figure out how to regulate on it's own, and each month is getting better!</p> <p>How long have you been off the pill?
