We told the girl to go to the other side of the room, which thankfully she did because the guy used his shoulder to pop the door open and the door went flying!</p> <p>Wow never realized that latches could be tricky! My kids have locked themselves in our bathroom before, but we just took the locks and/or hinges off of the door. The bathroom uses a latch, and she doesn't seem able to figure out how to unlock the latch.</p> <p>I slid my phone under the bottom of the door, so the mom could Facetime with her. We also used another phone to take a video of another latch and show her how that worked, but it doesn't seem to be helping.</p> <p>Any ideas on how to coach her through undoing the latch? </p>
