@prettylizy: Thanks!

@highwire: Thanks! We probably will if she still doesn't deal well with the formula but she took a bottle about a week or two ago and she was really tired and already had been nursed for a few minutes and had the 2.5 ounces of breast milk. I'm going to try again today but if not, we have more kinds that we've looked into trying.

Great!! Hope those bottles wind up working for you.

Is it possible she doesn't like the type of formula? Can you try a different type?

I've written a few posts about our issues with Zoey rejecting bottles. She usually cries and screams and won't take it at all. We've tried four different types of bottles and she's okay with the Medela ones but doesn't like them.

I saw some posters talking about the Lansinoh mOmma bottles and decided to give them a try since we had nothing to lose. They came in the mail yesterday and I was excited but nervous to try them. The first time I tried the bottles, she latched on immediately and took 2.5 ounces of breast milk with no crying and minimal fuss (there were only 3 ounces in the bottle). DH tried a bottle of formula later and she only took an ounce (again with a little bit of fussing) out of 4 ounces but she was tired.

I'm going to try the bottle a few times today. I have no idea how this is going to go and I'm not getting too excited yet but it may at least be something we can work with.
