Unfortunately it was not, and my period started yesterday. I'm really trying to let go of things I can't control. I'm also trying to stop judging myself for phantom or real symptoms that I may or may not be feeling. I'm learning so much about myself through this journey!</p> <p>However, I'm glad that I'm not alone and there are other people trudging through the 2WW wait with me. :)</p> <p>I think charting would drive me absolutely mad. There's really nothing I can do at this point but wait. If I still haven't gotten my period in another week or so I'll test again. I still didn't get my period today. DH's theory is that my cycles are just getting to be long again like they were before I had LO and that I actually just ovulated earlier this week (which, like I said, is what happened when we conceived last time.) Maybe he's right - there were a few days early in the week when I was all over him, which typically I get those urges when I'm ovulating. So maybe I'll get lucky and get a BFP a couple of weeks from now, that would definitely be nice!</p> <p>@MrsMccarthy: That's definitely true...and it stinks that so many pregnancy symptoms can be signs that you're about to get your period! I've had heart burn (which I have only experienced during pregnancy,) nausea, been extremely tired and waking up in the middle of the night for no reason (again, something that happened frequently during my pregnancy,) I was spotting and had light cramping about a week and a half ago. My period was due today and hasn't shown up.</p> <p>But every single test I take immediately comes up negative. I wish my period would just come already so I could move on :( My cycles used to be super wonky and I conceived my son like 3 or 4 weeks after my period instead of the typical 2. However, since I started ovulating again in September it has been super regular...maybe it's messed up and I'm having long cycles again. Maybe I just didn't ovulate this month. Who knows. </p> <p>Just frustrated. And of course we picked this month to take a break from tracking my cycle. Maybe I am about to get my period, because I am feeling way to emotional and upset about this. </p>
