@Rock n Roll: "started like it ended" haha! :D That might be my story one day. 8 teeth and still going 3x a day if it's a good day.

I'm pretty much in the same camp as you. My LO is almost 14 months old and he nurses most mornings, before nap time, and bed time. Sometimes he won't nurse in the morning if he wakes up super happy he will just eat breakfast with me. Like you I'd love to know what to do about the last couple of feedings, especially since he doesn't use bottles I don't want to start that as a habit now.

i have no advice either but seems the morning nursing session would be easier to wean off since the night one is more comforting for them to go to bed?

I weaned off wake-up first and gave a sippy of milk with breakfast instead. My LO was a couple months older than yours is, so it was cow milk. I did bedtime until she bit me REALLY hard because there wasn't enough milk for her. Then we were done. So I ended breastfeeding much as I started- with a scabby nipple. ;)

So, LO is 10 months old and for the last 1.5 months, she's been nursing only three times a day (wake up, bedtime, and middle of the night).

For the last 3 nights in a row, she's been sleeping through the night (KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!) and has only been nursing twice a day (wake up and bed time).

My question(s): For how long did you keep up with the wakeup/bedtime nursing? Which do you wean off first? When you wean, do you replace the boob with a bottle or nothing?
