And I'm not a person who cries over people on the internet. I'm so, so sorry. If it is any comfort at all I try to keep in mind in these situations that this is hardest on YOU, not him. He doesn't know what is happening or what will happen. All he knows is you've been the best cat-mom ever and will continue to be until his last moment (which he will never realize is his last).
