It's his pillow/blanket since he turned one. They wash really nicely and are sturdy. It's a heavier weight than the swaddles, but soft in its own way. Clearly, DD isn't using hers yet, but I couldn't pass it up! They are really great, it was DS's first blanket in the crib, and he still sleeps with it in his big boy bed, in addition to a duvet. DS's is more than 2 years old and still really soft and in great shape. It's large and pretty thick--it seems like it would be a good stroller blanket or a blanket for when LO is older (like 1 or 2) to put over him. It's not good for swaddling or anything like that.
