Mine were super sore the first few weeks if I would sit up or move in a certain way. Just now notice it going away at five weeks.

Like way postpartum? I have this soreness when I cough or sneeze and am almost 8 weeks pp at this point. It's been going on for at least a few weeks now. Part of me is a little afraid it's diastasis, but it's only below my belly button. Could it just be from holding the baby and standing up holding him?
