If he's 4, he'll be heading to school soon and likely be exposed to using computers in the classroom. If he has a hard time switching off, he's going to need practice on being "done" without a fit. I know I'd cringe at the idea of my son falling to pieces at school because his computer time was over.<br /> I say this because my son used to act like he was being murdered when screen time limits were enforced (TV or iPad or even when I was like "watching home videos on my phone is done now" 😆). So we cut nearly all our screen time. But when he was 3.5-4 we introduced it again with a resolve to help him learn to cope. We can't let them play anytime of computer game because they just get crazy over it. It is the only kids app on the ipad so it's not a problem. I know they used it on laptops once a week or so. Maybe twice I'm not sure. There is a free trial and I was thinking about it, but my husband is skeptical of letting them use the iPad. He's 4, but has had no use of digital games. DH is worried it's a can of worms the we shouldn't open yet... </p>
