I've had that a few times. I'm not sure what it's from and I didn't call my OB but I figured it was normal since it went away pretty quickly and it wasn't debilitating. If it keeps up, I might call my OB.

It's probably not your gall bladder...but a lot of post-pregnant women have gall bladder issues....including myself. 3.5 months post-postpartum I had to have my gall bladder out. My pain was only in the evenings however and felt kind of like bloating/indigestion.

Hmmm...my son was breech and his head would sometimes be in that position and it would "ache" once and awhile. I know that probably doesn't help you....maybe just call your doctor if you aren't comfortable with that "pain" - hopefully they can just put your mind at ease.

Hurmm. I vaguely remember a similar pain. No advice, but I would give your doctor a call. I called my OB for everything. :D

I woke up this morning with pretty bad pain about an inch above my belly button. It almost feels like a pulled muscle or something, but when I poke it it's a very sharp burning sensation. It's gotten better as the day has progressed, just curious if anyone else has had this. Could it maybe have been where the baby was positioned? When I was pushing on the sore area she gave me a poke back so I know she was right under there.
