So having a discussion about it is like talking to myself in the mirror. The IRL friends who are Pro-Life actually had abortions. Typically when I discuss this topic with someone who disagrees with me and I do not concede on the term: fetus or baby the person does not want to talk anymore. On the news Pro-life supporters dodge the question as to what criminal penalties should women and doctors face. Would you impose the penalty only if the abortion was performed?</p> <p>Once the woman or doctor is found guilty in a criminal court, which other parties do you think has a right to sue for damages in civil court? Woman's parents, husband etc. </p>
