@Plainpistachio: I ended up buying TOO many bras during pregnancy. Sizes and shapes. There is a gadget sold in Canada at La Vie en Rose (can be ordered online) for $6.99 CND where you can open up the band size. So like from a 36 to a 38. I assume they're sold elsewhere as well. Might help with the transitions.

Get this bra: http://bravadodesigns.com/collections/nursing-bras-and-tanks/products/body-silk-seamless-nursing-bra?variant=6665528257

It grows and shrinks with you. I went from 32c to 34dd at 15 weeks to 38d at 36 weeks to 38h at peak engorgement to 34d while nursing. The same bra has worked tgr whole time. It isn't sexy, but it works.

@Plainpistachio: If you're a 32, I'd probably go with a smaller size. I was a 36/38 and was in between the large and XL. There's a LOT of room in the cups.

@SweetiePie: That's the one I got. I ordered a L and XL at first, then once I figured out which fit better, I found a deal on ordering two.

They will definitely keep growing and at least temporarily hit a peak after birth! They may not grow at the same insane rate as they already have, but they will probably keep growing. And my rib cage expansion was almost worse than my boob expansion (@Foodnerd81).
I highly, highly recommend the Bravado Silk Seamless nursing bra:
http://www.amazon.com/Bravado-Body-Silk-Seamless-Nursing/dp/B000XV7ORI

Now, full disclosure - I didn't get mine until AFTER I gave birth because I wanted a comfortable nursing bra that gave support to my enormous (34 G) boobs. But it was so so so comfortable I was really sad to give it up when my boobs started to shrink back to a normal size. I really wish I had them during pregnancy. The support and comfort are incredible.

I went with a Large and it worked great for me. I ended up getting 4 of them (because PP you will have plenty of leaks and will have to wash them frequently).

For at home/less support, I found coobie bras to be great for lounging. They won't hold things in if you are worried about that in public. But they give minimum support so they aren't just hanging heavy while at home. And way more comfortable than a sports bra in my opinion (sports bras hurt my rib cage almost just as much as an underwire).

I switched to stretchy nursing bras around the second trimester in my last pregnancy. Underwires were getting uncomfortable, and I'd gone from a D to a G, so the stretchy ones were way more comfortable.

I think I got Bravado brand?

I also mostly grew toward the beginning -- now at 30 weeks, my cup size hasn't changed much since the first tri. However, as the bump gets higher and bigger I'm starting to feel a bit suffocated by my band :meh:

My rib cage expanded faster than my cup size. I ended up buying two sizes (one bigger than the last) then gave up and wore stretchy bras. That was my first pregnancy. Weirdly for my second it didn't really change that much at all until my stomach got so big it pushed up into the band.

Nursing and maternity bras aren't the most flattering but are usually stretchy and can accommodate some growing, but 15 weeks is pretty early to invest in those.

I was a DD before this last pg and was fitted for a nursing bra at 32ish weeks -size "I". Fill it out nicely while breastfeeding. My boobs are huge right now!

They will keep growing and then grow a lot when your milk comes in. Get a bigger bra now with some room to grow and then another in the third tri. Sports bras are good for pregnancy too.

I quickly ballooned in the first trimester. I only went up one more cup size between the second and third trimester.

I'm in my first pregnancy at 15 weeks, and I have to admit I'm surprised by my body changes! The books and apps say that entering my second trimester, I've likely gained 5 pounds and gone up a cup size. Shyeah, thanks app. Actually, I've gained 15 and gone up 3 cup sizes, from a D to a G! My boobs are giant. It's insane. Anyways, I don't know what to expect, will they just keep growing? I can't just go out and buy bras for 32 G if I outgrow for 3rd tri? What do you do for this? Are there growing-boob-mommy-bras?
