I took another one this afternoon and it is startung to get lighter. I have also been very crampy all day, but its not really localized to one side. Anyone think it sounds like I have ovulated today?

Those last two definitely look positive! Definitely BD again tomorrow if you can. I didn't OV until 48 hours after my first positive. Everyone is different. Keep trying to BD until you have a noticeable temperature shift. Good luck!

Good luck! Remember, the positive OPK means you are going to ovulate soon, so getting busy a few days after the positive can be good! Keep the action up!

I'd still try for tomorrow. FYI, O-2 (whenever that turns out to be) is supposed to have good success. :) Good luck!

I took another ovulation test this morning and it was still very positive. We had sex yesterday at 6pm about 3 hours after the first positive and this morning it is still positive. We cant do anything today, so I hope I ovulate soon or we may be out!

I definitely got my positive today! I took 2 tests about 30 minutes apart just to be sure! So we tried everything I have heard to try.... preseed and propped hips for 10 minutes afterward. Fingers crossed! Once I saw a positive, it will be hard to mistake a negative for a positive. The last 2 were taken today at 3:30 and 4pm. Huge difference between them and the others.

Ijust purchased Clear Blue opks. I like just looking for a clear circle or a smiley face. (Hopefully I see a smiley face soon... gees.. the waiting kills me.) It seems that looking at the lines on your sticks would be hard.

If you have a 28 day cycle, I would start OPKs around CD10. CD6 is too early for O. Start on CD10 and continue until you get a +.

@fotolori1: yea.. i think i've read 12-36 hours until O day. and just to chime in with everyone else, the OPKs can definitely fade in and out on darkness, it's not until you get the equally or darker line that you count it as positive.

Seeing your picture helps a lot! So after the darkest one it is suppose to be about 24-36 hours til you ovulate, right?

Thank you ladies! This stuff can be so consuming! I am trying not to stress but its hard not to! I have a very regular 28 day cycle, so I dont think I have yet. Fingers crossed! This is such a helpful site and its not everyday you find people who want to talk about this stuff!

I wouldn't worry about it. I have a pic of mine from one cycle that I was saving them to compare. Looks like my first one had a bit more line, then got white then dark again. These were done 2x day. Your temp should be pretty consistent, once you've Oed then you should see a noticeable shift in your temps. Sounds like your doing a great job keeping track of things and should def be able to detect O when it happens!

Keep testing, you likely have not missed it! Have you tracked your cycle previously? Unless you have OV at CD 6 before, I wouldn't worry. It will be obvious when your OPK is positive. I often had two lines on mine, but eventually they started getting really dark. Keep at it!

Ok, so last month was a bust, I went to the dr and we have also had a semen analysis... both are good! SO.... this month, we are trying everything. I have been taking my temp and taking ovulation tests since 6dpo which was the last day of my period. I started a little early, but I dont want to miss it. :) on cd6 my opk had 2 lines on it, but the test line was much lighter thank the control line, but since then, (2 days) they have been completely white. My temp is consistant and hasnt increased at all, in fact it has dropped a little. Do you think I ovulated and missed it? During my period??? Surely not! Do we produce lh during our period more than normal? Had I waited until I was suppose to to start testing I would have started opks today and they would have all been white. Should I be concerned Im out this month again?? The test pics are of the 3 test I have taken. The first one being the darkest one.
