@MrsADS: Mine has been really, really bad this second pregnancy. Way worse than the first time around. My chiropractor said I should wear a maternity belt 24/7 (even while sleeping) and only take it off for showers. I was super skeptical, but it is helping! It doesn't totally take the pain away, but it really helps, especially with the shooting pain and pelvic pops I get at night when I try to turn from one side to the other or get up to pee.

You don't need one of the gigantic maternity belts--this simple kind is what my chiro suggests--you just put it right under your bump to support--not too tight. Mine is like this but velcro, and you can't tell you have it on under clothes. http://www.amazon.com/Its-You-Babe-Cradle-136-180/dp/B000I615Q4/ref=pd_sim_194_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=09FGH2K7MGAXMTVD4A8V

I get very sore down there, especially if I'm active or do a lot of walking. It almost feels like I've been to the gym and done lots of squats (except my butt muscles aren't sore, just my groin) when I haven't. My doctor said it's pretty common.

@MrsADS: Yes, I had this as well! I had my LO at 38+6, but I had that feeling starting in the second trimester. I'm 2 years PP and I have it around AF at times, too.

Yep. I've been dealing with this off & on this pregnancy. Did you try icing? It helps. Elevating hips and legs can help too. I think it could be varicose veins in the area, lovely, but all the pressure is not helping!

I think this is pretty common, right? It's gotten really bad for me tonight. Sometimes I have this feeling when I have my period too but it's worse than that now. It's like my vagina and vulva (tmi sorry!) are aching, it's very uncomfortable. I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I'm being monitored for preterm labor and I have contractions all the time, but the contractions haven't changed or gotten worse.

Anyone else had this? This isn't like a sign I'm going to go into labor or anything right?! Baby is head down and super low so I think it's probably from that, plus he's getting bigger now.
