We have a couple Kumon books, and some other misc paper workbooks that L loves to do (3 yo)
I also some wipe-clean Usborne activity books that are pretty awesome! They have mazes, letter (uppercase, lowercase, both), numbers, doodles, dot-to-dot, etc. LOVE them (especially because they can be reused over and over again)

I know Kumon in general gets a lot of side eye, but their workbooks are sorted by theme, like cutting, drawing lines, mazes. My son loves the maze ones.

@Bao: I'll check when I get home but we have reusuable ones that are basically whiteboard pages. A lot of the content is too old for her but she enjoys flipping through them right now. And I like that they're reusable!

A few small ones are by ALEX Toys and I think the one big one is Melissa and Doug?

Does your LO have any activity books that they enjoy? We have a Preschool workbook but thats it, and I would love to get a few more with specific activities in them. We do have a search and find/color but I think it may be a little too difficult for LO1 still. She is 3.5, if that helps.
