<description>&#60;p&#62;I would think that you could let him go to 4 hours at night at this point pretty safely. In another couple weeks, you could let it go a touch further (maybe verify with your ped/family doctor before you stretch to 5 hours between night feeds though).

<description>&#60;p&#62;I general, you would use adjusted age to determine if you are missing any milestones. That is only true until 1 year of age, then  all babies are considered equal. Also, adjusted age is much more applicable with micro-prems (babies born under 28 weeks gestation or 1200 grams weight), than babies born 32 weeks gestation or older (babies born at 32 weeks or older tend to correct much much sooner).

When reading books and other new parent guides, I don't know when to think of  him like a 2 month old and when to think of him as a 2 week old.  He seems much older than his adjusted age, but are there key areas where I really need to look at his adjusted age rather than his actual age?
