Yesterday I had my first session and felt fine. When I woke up this morning I have what feels like a knot/tightness/heaviness in my chest. Ive never had anxiety or anything like that but this is what the knot makes me feel like. I'm waiting for the office to call me back but wondered if anyone else has experienced any not so great side effects?</p> <p>Eta: maybe it's an early pregnancy symptom? </p>
