But I agree that an ounce or two a day should do it. How much do you add. DS isnt as regular now that he started solids and sometimes seems constipated. HIs daycare said the same thing and suggested prune or apple juice. With DD I would give her actual prunes and she was good at eating them chopped up but DS has such a strong gag reflex I dont see him doing well with eating prunes. </p>
