We'll be out of town, so I'd like to send them all a little congratulations card/gift. They've fostered the little girl since birth, so it's not like they need baby supplies or anything like that - any insight on what's appropriate to send?</p> <p>ETA: The little girl will have just turned 13 months. </p>
