Are you temping or anything else to confirm ovulation?

My Dr had me confirma ovulation via two methods (temping, OPK, or blood draw) and then start progesterone.

I am doing a monitored Clomid cycle this month, and I was expecting to do an IUI today (Monday) or tomorrow.

But I got a positive ovulation test result on Saturday night, and my son's 3rd birthday party was the next morning. So, I skipped the IUI and replaced it with TI instead.

I have a filled progesterone rx at home. Last time I was supposed to start it the night after my IUI. Should I start it tonight?

I called my dr office and left a message with this question, but I missed their callback. Annoyingly, the nurse's message just told me to call back rather than answering my question via voicemail. They called after hours, so they won't pick up any more today.
