If you aren't up for reading, there's a DVD version that is great. :)</p> <p>One of the Ss refers to shushing... the book talks about how you can get a similar effect sometimes from loud appliances, like a blow drier or a vacuum cleaner! But the past couple of days, she hasn't slept more than 30 min - 1 hr at a time. You can tell she's exhausted, but she keeps fighting sleep. I've tried swaddling, rocking, feeding, walking, letting her be... and any combination of those, but nothing makes a difference. Is this normal?? Is there something I should be doing to help her sleep?? </p>
