I think I will start to wean my son, I have just started going back to work 3 days a week and he loves his bottle and takes it no problem.</p> <p>The spotting has completely stopped now. So I guess I just had a really really light cycle this time. Then the following month, AF came came. The flow isn't any different for me, but my pre-AF symptoms are definitely different. Cramping the week before when I used to never have cramps.</p> <p>They're also irregular. I've only had 2 cycles so I have no idea when cycle 3 will arrive. I was on the mini pill. Nothing until almost 12 months pp and then nothing again until I switched to the regular pill when i day weaned at 13 months. For the first few cycles, it was really light, and now it's irregular and heavy. I am still breastfeeding once a day (at night) and havent had a proper period yet.</p> <p>However I started cramping about a week ago I thought for sure AF was coming and I have spotted a bit the last few days but it's not much at all. Im wondering if its because its my first once since getting pregnant with my son? My cycles have been irregular since coming off the pill 2 years ago. The cycle before I conceived my son was 49 days!</p> <p>I really just want to get it properly so we can start trying for #2.</p> <p>Was anyone elses first AF different? Is it normal that I am cramping like crazy for over a week &amp; only spotting a bit? </p>
