I ovulated a few days later after my natural mc in April, but I also got pregnant that cycle! After my mc in May, my period came pretty much on time. I hope she either comes soon, or you get good news!

Hopefully AF returns soon so you can get some answers!! I know it's so annoying when things just don't go back to normal.

I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks pregnant in June. AF arrived right on time 29 days later. Since then, it hasn't come back for 50 days... (and I've taken MANY pregnancy tests).

Just with pure luck, I took the ClearBlue ovulation predictor test 2 days ago and I found out I was ovulating. I was nervous I wasn't ovulating since I skipped a period.

I also had a chemical pregnancy (early miscarriage), and my cycle returned to normal that next month. BUT, I know there are so many women on here who take a month or two. My m/c happened during week 4, so my HCG levels were really low. My midwife told me I wouldn't ovulate again until they were at 0, so maybe your levels were a bit higher at the time of the m/c, and they just needed a bit to go down. Thinking of you!

I just finished a FET that ended with a chemical pregnancy. I did a lot of researching and a long cycle seems to be common after a chemical pregnancy. I am counting on it as it should help my follow on FET. I read one woman it took 45 days. I am sure it will come. Do you know when you ovulated? Many ovulated later in that month.

Mine were everywhere right up until I got pregnant again. 35 days, 45 days, 60 days-they were so unpredictable. That went on for over six months and then I happened to get pregnant again. I would say it was about two months after the miscarriage that I had my first period.

@Pancakes: I'm so sorry for your loss.

My period came as expected but I know a lot of women who waited much longer for AF, so I think I was in the minority there.

So, I had an early m/c at the end of July, and it has been 36 days since the bleeding began, but I haven't gotten another period yet. I took a pregnancy test on CD 32 that was negative, but now I can't decide if I should test again. We were NTNP this month, so it seems pretty unlikely that I would get a BFP. I would just like to enjoy my nightly glass of wine  Is it pretty normal to have an irregular cycle following a natural miscarriage?
