I had a huge drop for my first PP period. after that I didn't notice it as much (and it always came back fine). I panicked the first time but there wasn't much I could do except keep going (did a few extra pumping sessions) and hydrate.

I didn't have this problem (AF has yet to reappear) however I was told that AF does impact supply in many women. It was discussed at the LLL meeting I attend and the suggestion was to take Calcium Magnesium prior to AF starting to help maintain the supply. I think it is also mentioned on Kelly Mom.

My output took huge hits when AF appeared. It always went back to normal when she left.

Generally speaking I think it does. Drink extra water and take supplements if you don't have a stash!

Has anyone had a huge change in their pumping supply when they got AF back? I pump a few days a week while at work, and normally I get 4oz every pump session- since I started AF on Tuesday my pumping amounts are half what they were- I am only getting 2oz per session (that's both sides combined!!!) Will my output increase when AF is gone? Or should I get prepare myself for my BF'ing and Pumping journey to end? Help?!
