I EBF until 4-5 months when we introduced solids. Just noticed some very light spotting (11 weeks pp and EBF). I haven't had my IUD yet - still waiting for insurance? I've been really bad about taking oral BC, like I've remembered 3xs in 2 weeks. </p> <p>So I've looked back and getting your period while BFing seems fairly common. But did Birth control in pill or IUD form affect whether you got your period or not? Like, would being on a form of BC make you more likely to get regular periods even while BFing? I'm hoping its just very light spotting and that regular AF can stay away for a very long time!</p> <p>What was your experience? </p>
