I got AF just before DS turned 8 months and it's a nightmare for me as well! Terrible cramps, heavy flow, headache, nausea, etc. and first was a 35 day cycle, so unpredictable as well. I can't wait to go back on the pill, but I'm still breastfeeding, so it'll be a while..

I got AF a month after giving birth and I went on the mini pill. It took a few cycles to eliminate my period and spotting.

I haven't gotten AF yet (and I'm 3.5 months PP) but I remember from my first pregnancy that it did calm down but took a good 4 months to regulate. Maybe wait it out... just a little to see?

Tmi, but I'm 4 months pp, and AF is a nightmare! This is the second month of it, and last month was uneventful. This month is painful and the Diva cup can't keep up half the time, esp in the am. Does it get better? I've never been on birth control, but do you ladies think the pill would help? Thank you all for reading!
