@IRunForFun: Yeah, not the best in the supportive department; I try to tighten up the straps more to lift up the girls more. But can't beat it comfort wise and no need to worry about sizing!

@Portboston: @snowjewelz: Are the Coobies supportive? I feel like I need something that gives me a bit of a lift. Not push-up bra style, but at least structured support. In addition to being giant, my girls aren't exactly perky.

I used to be a 32DD so I understand it's tough! But that was my normal size so I would spend $ on bras. After DD1 I went up to a 34DD so it's been easier to find bras. During pregnancy, I just gave up and used Coobies.

I've never found a nursing bra for less than $50 in my size (32GG). But I've read that Nordstroms will convert bras to nursing bras. Bras are like the bane of my existence. While pregnant I used sleep bras and once my nursing boobs calmed down a little I've just been using some super ill fitting softcup bras.

Occasionally I can find my size in a regular bra at a large Macy's (I have to drive to another town to find a larger Macy's). Good luck!

I have a similar pre pregnancy size as you and the only thing that worked for me during pregnancy and nursing was coobies. Cheap and comfortable.

@IRunForFun: I sympathize. I also wear a small band and large cup. I have very rarely found my size around that price point.

My current size is 30F and the only things working for me right now are from lepel and cake. If you can find a cake on sale in your size, totally go for it. They are maternity/nursing so the band expands a lot more (I think 6 hooks).

It's going to be hard to find some in person that are that cheap. I can never spend much less than $50 unless I catch a good sale. I'd check the usual online bra stores that have good sales (herroom, bare necessities, ASOS, sometimes regular Nordstrom has some). Although since you are pregnant, I'm guessing your band size will go up later on so you may just want to hold off and buy a survival bra or two and then on to nursing bras.

@Rocker2014: Oh, thanks! There's a newish Nordstrom Rack near me and I've never been in. I'll have to check it out. I like the idea of being able to try on vs ordering online too since different brands fit differently.

I have a similar build, and I've had good luck at Nordstrom Rack for lower priced bras.

Can anyone recommend bras in "novelty" sizes that don't cost a small fortune. At almost 12 weeks I've already gone from a 32DD to a 32G. I think I'll need a 34F soon as my ribcage expands. I got super lucky and found a random 32G bra at TJ Maxx for like $16.99 but that's super uncommon. I really don't want to spend $50+ on "in between" bras since I've got no clue how much more I'll grow. It sucks I can't just run into Target and grab something. Any recommendations? Looking to stay under $20. Is that just impossible?
