I get what you are feeling. I'm terrified too. I'm also in Canada and I don't find that P is readily prescribed here. I went in to ask my doctor to give me a requisition for serial betas and it was tough to get him to even agree to that. Then I asked him if I could get my P checked and he flat out said no. I was also put on a very high dose of folate after our third (late) loss, because her issue was hydrocephalus and folate helps with brain development. They are definitely RE's here, OB training is the background and then RE is the specialty they pursue.
