My acupuncturist said the first day of mc bleeding was cycle day one. But because my fertility doctor wanted us to wait a cycle, I didn't really class it as day one myself, if that makes sense. I wanted to chart my recovery. I only bled for a few days after. And I ovulated two weeks post d&amp;c. I waited a month to get the d&amp;c and my body had shed or absorbed most of what was there by that time.
