Right now, I've just been drinking one or two cups of Mothers Milk tea. Ever.<br /> Went in 6 weeks after lo was born and decided to go with the shot for my birth control. The nurses and Doctors said NOTHING about it being one of the worst things for milk supply. When I talked to the doctor yesterday asking if the depo had any affect on my milk she said 'no absolutely not'. Yea. Lactation consultant said it's one of the top birth controls when taken early on in breastfeeding that minimizes your supply.<br /> 10 weeks later,still bleeding so I visited the obgyn and they give a prescription for Estrodiol. When I talked to a lactation consultant again today she said that will make my milk decrease even more. FmL.<br /> So frustrated. Pissed at the Doctor! </p>
