Somehow our sleep training got derailed and I have been rocking/soothing LO a little longer than our original routine and I think I need to retrain. LO currently goes down pretty drowsy, and will still cry or fuss a little when I lower her into the crib, does this still count as awake?

Do I need to retrain? And does the Bed Timing age windows apply to retraining?
