Just pop a hole in whatever you buy ... because within a few months, there will be one you can't find anyway. ;)

My parents have an Aerobed, and LOVE it. We've used it, and it's great.

We have an Aero bed from Costco. It's about 10 years old and we use it several time a year for camping and guests. It's held up great.

We used this Intex one over Christmas when we had company. It was comfortable and easy to use. Like @Peachykeen: said, the only complaint we had was that it was a bit cold, it needs a cover.

This is the one we have:

https://www.amazon.com/Comfort-Elevated-Dura-Beam-Airbed-Electric/dp/B00G7H793G/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1486044195&sr=8-3&keywords=air+mattress+queen

Looks like there's now a newer version here:
https://www.amazon.com/Dura-Beam-Elevated-Deluxe-Airbed-Electric/dp/B01KLO285Y/ref=dp_ob_title_sports

We have a single and a double, both Intex brand. They've held up well but we also don't use them much. We got double high overs for both. It definitely helps with stability and not feeling like you are laying on the floor when they deflate a little.

We have an Intex double-layer one that's been inflated for 3 straight months now and still very firm. The only complaint my dad had sleeping on it was that the sheet felt cold without a fabric mattress on it, so we'll probably put a mattress pad or blanket under the sheet during the colder months in the future.

It's really inexpensive for the quality, I think: Intex Pillow Rest Raised Airbed with Built-in Pillow and Electric Pump, Queen, Bed Height 16.5" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000HBMFRS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_uvYKybWRM30MD

I think we have the Aerobed Classic Queen-size that we use for our parents often. I'd recommend the double-layer (height) one, especially if you have older people going to be sleeping on it, since it's easier to get in and out of. Because it's air-filled, it also will be colder than a normal bed, so we always put an extra blanket under the fitted sheet to help!

It's held up well for us for...5-7y? Can't remember when we bought it exactly. It will lose air over the course of a week, but slowly and you just re-fill it to desired pressure (also may have to do with kids' jumping on grandma & grandpa's bed...hmmmm...).

Anyone have an air mattress that they like?

We don't have a guest room or pull out couch, but will be having my mom stay at our house for a few nights to watch the boys when I have this baby.

I know for a fact that she wouldn't want to sleep in my bed, and most likely, would tell me the couch is fine. But, I want something more comfortable for her.

I'm looking at amazon, and willing to spend around $100 -150 if it's quality (and has a built in pump), but the reviews are kind of all over the place, so I thought I'd check here.
