I usually cook the pasta for a minute or a 2 less than whatever the suggested cooking time is; add the sauce, and let it simmer together over low heat for just a couple of minutes. I think it soaks up more sauce this way (this part might just be in my head, I'm not sure!)

<description>&#60;p&#62;DH says he likes pasta 'al dente' - he cooks it on very low heat (takes foreverrrrr) and serves it sticky! I do not like pasta cooked this way. At all. In fact, it's not 'al dente' : &#60;/p&#62;
