At first I thought it was the training underwear but regular carter underwear did the same. By morning it's gone because she's in diapers. The rash is right around where the elastic band rubs on her lower back. I thought maybe her skin just wasn't used to undies rubbing on it, and it would go away, but it's only gotten worse. She says it hurts, and complains about it a lot. </p> <p>I'm not sure why she's so broken out. Anyone else experience this? Is an elastic allergy a thing? I can't seem to find toddler underwear without an elastic band... any help there? </p>
