I wear contacts so when my eyes get itchy, I feel like I want to scratch my eyes out on the bad days.<br /> My immune system is all jacked up from various autoimmune disorders so I get weird skin issues from time to time. My mom suggested putting a wet, cool black tea bag on the itchy patches to help soothe it. It works as far as stopping the itch but doesn't do much for the underlying cause. I use a "nasal irrigator" from NeilMed (you can find it at any drug store). It comes with special salt packets that you dissolve in warm water and squirt up your nose. I took a tab of Zyrtec but since it reduces milk I also ate oatmeal and took some Fenugreek as well. I hope the two cancel each other out!
