One developed a fish allergy (no more sushi for her - so sad!), and another lost her sense of smell (not an allergy, but still... That I know of, she developed a dog allergy (she was already allergic to cats), and also developed asthma. And yes, they were permanent. She's not my biggest fan and usually just loves on my husband and we coexist.</p> <p>Since my son was born, I've struggled off and on with sinus pressure and allergies. I chalked it up to Spring, but it hasn't gotten better.</p> <p>Tonight the cat crawled into my lap (apparently desperate) and I loved on her. Almost immediately my eyes were swollen almost shut and I cannot quit sneezing! Its so crazy to me because I've never been allergic to any animal in my life. Can having a baby change this, and is it permanent? I'm trying to locate our benadryl now... </p>
