I'd say she's fine to try something else.

I wasn't super strict on it either, but neither side of our family has a lot of allergies.

Thanks ladies!
My nephews have some pretty severe allergies and my husband was a walking allergy when he was younger. So I'm trying to be extra cautious.
ETA and I'm also on a MSPI diet because of BFing....so yea!

I think she's fine! I followed the rule pretty closely in the beginning but got more lax as time went on.

We didn't follow that rule too closely...If after a day or so she was fine, then I would move on.

We didn't follow that rule at all. I was told that you can tell right away if your LO is allergic to a food by rubbing a bit on their cheek and they'll develop a rash.

I would say she is fine. We weren't religious with that rule

The 3/4 day rule. Is it that many days of feeding that food or that many day lapsed before trying something new?

For example M had carrots on Monday & wednrsday but not Tuesday or Thursday. Is she good to go on to something new or should I feed carrots 2 more times??
